Combined Defence Services (CDS) Examination
The Union Public Service Commission conducts the CDS exam twice a year for the various defense posts. Taking up defense as a career is an intelligent option which is available after graduation. Thousands and thousands of candidates apply to enter into this esteemed profession. And the selected candidates are recruited to the four branches of armed forces: Indian Naval Academy, Indian Military Academy, Air Force Academy, and Officer Training Academy.

CDS 2018: Physical Standards Requirement
According to the guidelines for the physical standards under appendix-IV
CDS: Examination Pattern 2018
All Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) either by depositing the money in any Branch of SBI by cash, or by using net banking facility of SBI, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur/State Bank of Hyderabad/State Bank of Mysore/State Bank of Patiala/State Bank of Travancore or by using Visa/Master Credit/Debit Card.
Note: SC/ST and Females are exempted to pay the above fee.
