IBPS or Institute of Banking Personnel Selection is a statutory body which recruits the aspirants from all over India for the for the different posts. The appointment of Probationary Officer or PO goes through three phases. The first phase is preliminary objective test, Second is Mains Objective test, and the third and final Phase is Interview.
